Returns & Refunds Policy

At IBBY MUSIC, every item is made to order through our fulfilment partners. Because of this, return rules depend on the reason for the return.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A description of the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


2. Change of Mind & Size Issues

Because all IBBY MUSIC products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong colour

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • “I don’t like it”

  • “I changed my mind”

Please check the size guides carefully before placing your order.


3. Return Addresses

We uses different return facilities depending on where your order was fulfilled:

  • USA

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union

  • Australia

You must contact us before returning anything. We will provide the correct return address based on your order.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


4. Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items returned without contacting us first


5. EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

The item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

This does not apply to custom‑made items (which our printed products are), but we honour it where legally required.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
