Order Processing Time (Before Shipping)
All IBBY MUSIC products are made to order. This means we begin production as soon as your order is placed.
Processing time: 2–7 business days (varies by product type and fulfilment location)
👉 Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your order will ship after it has been produced.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times (After Processing)
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from the fulfilment centre to your delivery address.
👉 Shipping times do NOT include processing times.
